Quadrangle – BMW Dealership, Aurora
Pearson Engineering is a part of the design team responsible for the new 57,000 square foot BMW dealership near Wellington Street and Highway 404 in the Town of Aurora. The site showcases LID features including permeable pavers and underground storage tanks as part of the stormwater management design for the site.
Quadrangle – Porsche Dealership, Vaughan
Pearson Engineering was hired for our design expertise in the development of the Porsche Pfaff Four Valley Dealership on Four Valley Drive in the City of Vaughan. The site utilized underground stormwater storage tanks as a part of the site servicing design.
Lions Foundation of Canada – Guide Dogs Training Facility, Oakville
Pearson Engineering is involved in the proposed Guide Dog Training Facility located at 1949 Ironoak Way in the town of Oakville. The project site is a 1.8 hectare lot in the northeast corner of the overall 13.9 hectare development. This site will utilize bioretention trenches as part of the stormwater management design.
