Broccolini & Rinomato Group – Industrial Subdivision, Innisfil

Pearson Engineering is currently working with Broccolini on a large industrial subdivision located on the 5th Sideroad and adjacent to Highway 400 in the Town of Innisfil. This 31+ hectare site will include a municipal road and a stormwater management pond shared with the neighboring site. 

Thomas Brown Architects – Fire Stations, Aurora and Pickering

Pearson Engineering has provided the detailed engineering design for Aurora Fire Headquarters Station 4-5 as well as Pickering Fire Services Station 1. Several stormwater management controls were utilized in the design of these stations including storage tanks, orifice tubes and permeable pavers. The Aurora station also boasts four large training areas as part of the design.

Avanti Engineering & Design – The Butcher Shoppe Building Expansion, Toronto

Pearson Engineering is working with Avanti Engineering & Design on the proposed addition to The Butcher Shoppe industrial building located at 121 Shorncliffe Road in Etobicoke. The 1,500 square meter addition site includes underground storage chambers for stormwater management.

Rinomato Group – Industrial Subdivisions, Barrie and Innisfil

Pearson Engineering is working with Rinomato Group on two proposed industrial subdivisions in Simcoe County. The first, a 15+ hectare site is located at 80 Big Bay Road in Barrie. The second site which is 27+ hectares in size, is located adjacent to Highway 400 on the 5th Side Road in Innisfil. 

 

 

 

 G&L Group – Concrete Plant, Pickering

Pearson Engineering has been retained by G&L Group as the lead consultant responsible for the engineering design and stormwater management report for the Concrete Plant development at 1901 Squires Beach Road in the City of Pickering. Two stormwater management ponds were implemented as part of the storm servicing design of the site. These ponds were developed with retaining walls to ensure the most efficient use of the space available.
