Residential Subdivisions
Our team continues to work on subdivisions varying in size from single estate lot plot plans up to 2000+ lot subdivisions and estate subdivisions with septic bed and well design.
Residential infill projects have grown in our market significantly with provincial intensification policies. These projects include townhouse and apartment projects.
We have worked closely with the Simcoe County Housing Corporation and have completed 3 residential subdivisions with them. We are currently working on 3 more residential subdivision projects, all at different levels of development.
Municipal Engineering
We are experts in municipal, county and district servicing, and road reconstruction design projects. These municipal engineering projects include completing background studies, coordinating soils investigations, hydraulic studies, utility coordination, services, culvert, and roadworks design.
Some of the sites we have been involved in are Roadworks and Watermain replacement for Tay Township in Victoria Harbour, Horseshoe Valley Road widening and lane construction in Oro-Medonte, 5km road reconstruction and servicing design for District of Muskoka, and 300m Simcoe Street roadworks and servicing design for City of Barrie.
Industrial, Commercial & Institutional Development
At Pearson Engineering, we are experts at setting up commercial developments. We have worked on many of these developments including BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, and Porsche dealerships throughout the GTA. Other commercial developments include plazas, restaurants, fire halls, and emergency complexes.
Every year, we are solely sourced to complete school redevelopment and additional institutional development projects on various sites throughout Ontario as well as new school build sites.
We have completed Site Plan Approval for industrial developments throughout Ontario. Some of these projects include the Kubota Plant in Orillia, the Phoenix Truss Plant in Angus, Goodrich Aerospace in Oakville, Cavanagh Concrete Plant in Ottawa, Toronto Concrete Plant in Pickering, Pepsico Plant in Orillia, and The Butcher Shoppe processing plant in Etobicoke.
