The building consists of a custom structural steel framing system supporting steel deck and OWSJ floor / roof systems. The elevator shaft and stairwells were erected utilizing CMU wall construction. The cast-in-place concrete foundations consisted of exterior walls supported by strip footings and interior piers supported on pad footings. The lateral sway resistance of the building was accomplished with diaphragm deck systems, moment connections and shearwalls.
