AndPet Commercial Building

In 2024, Pearson Engineering was engaged by AndPet Realty to complete the detailed servicing and grading design for a commercial building on 16th Avenue East in Owen Sound. The design included matching the proposed grading with the newly constructed commercial building south of the site, as well as incorporating the design for the proposed development not yet in construction to the north. Connecting into the existing services along 16th Avenue East was coordinated as part of the servicing design. Reconstruction of the sidewalk along 16th Avenue East was also undertaken as part of the project.
