Tay Township – Roads Reconstruction

Pearson Engineering is working with the Township of Tay as part of their watermain replacement program. This program addresses aging pipes that are undersized and/or have a high failure rate within the Township. Installation of sanitary sewer on 5th Street in Port McNicoll is also a part of this reconstruction project. Road and ditch rehabilitation will be performed where all replacements are occurring.

Township of Oro-Medonte – Horseshoe Valley Road Reconstruction

Pearson Enginnering has redesigned 6th Line North from Horseshoe Valley Road to Ruby Ridge Road as a fully serviced Township road. This includes 2-lanes, a short left turn lane and a right turn slip lane at Horseshoe Valley Road. Apart from our detailed design, our services also include completion of tender, contract administration and construction inspection.

District Municipality of Muskoka – Santa’s Village Road, Bracebridge

Pearson Engineering is providing detailed design services of a non standard right of way for 3+ kilometers of road adjacent to the Muskoka River in Bracebridge. The road begins at the entrance to Santa’s Village and ends at the west side of the Beaver Creek Bridge. Construction on this project began in 2022. 

Chippewas of Rama First Nation – Retail Building

Pearson Engineering was responsible for the stormwater management analysis, detailed design and onsite inspection services of a Retail & Office building on located Rama Road within the Rama First Nation Lands. The project site is approximately 1.0 ha in size and also includes parking areas and a Sacred Grounds area.
